Tips for raising strong babies:
1. Breast feed instead of using milk powder especially for the first 6 months after birth.
2. Once baby can take semi-solid food, feed him or her with porridge mixed with powderised anchovy. This gives good calcium to the baby for healthy bone and teeth.
3. Don't use junked baby food...use home cooked and if possible, organic food.
